We do not charge any reservation fees or deposits for the duration of your stay. This means that reserving a spot does not incur any additional costs. Bookings and reservations are subject to possible governmental or operational restrictions and can be canceled at any time without compensation for any incurred costs.

Booking Changes

However, we kindly ask you to inform us as early as possible of any changes to the dates, number of parking spaces, or apartments so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Cancellation Policy (Campsite)

The reservation of the booked place can be canceled free of charge up to one day before the start of the trip.
However, we hope for your understanding that if you reserve a place and do not show up without prior notice or cancel on the day of arrival, we will charge a fee of €50.00 to cover the costs incurred and the loss of rental opportunity. (In case of no show, we will request a fee of €50.00.)

Cancellation Policy (Apartments)

• Up to 15 days before arrival: free cancellation
• From 14 to 2 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price will be charged (excluding local tax)
• 1 day before arrival or on the day of arrival: 100% of the rental price will be charged (excluding local tax)

No Show

We wish you a pleasant holiday today between the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains at Tennsee. Pure relaxation in pristine nature; let us pamper you.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel online bookings at any time if, during verification, it is found that they violate our terms and conditions.

In this context, we would like to point out that:

• We do not accept bookings from persons under 18 years of age.
• We do not accept bookings for youth groups or other groups.
• Our apartments are only suitable for 2 persons.
• Our holiday apartment is only suitable for 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children up to 12 years old.
• A maximum of 3 dogs is accepted.

If we find during booking that the vehicle size does not fit the booked space and there is no sufficient space available, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

If we find that the type of vehicle does not match the area type, we also reserve the right to reassign the space category or cancel the reservation.
